These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by StudyWay Ltd. By using our services, applicants agree to comply with these terms.

1. Services Provided

StudyWay Ltd. is an educational advisory service that helps applicants apply to universities and colleges. We provide guidance on course selection, document preparation, and university admissions processes. We process applications based solely on the information provided by the applicant and do not guarantee admission to any educational institution.

2. Application Process

Applicants are responsible for submitting accurate and complete personal and academic information. StudyWay Ltd. will process the application based on the data provided by the applicant. If any false, inaccurate, or misleading information is discovered, StudyWay Ltd. reserves the right to cancel the application or terminate the relationship with the applicant, with no liability for any losses or claims resulting from the cancellation.

StudyWay Ltd. hereby disclaims any liability or responsibility for student applications submitted to the Student Loan Company (Student Finance England). It is the sole responsibility of the applicant to ensure that all personal information, declarations, and documentation provided to any organization involved in the funding or admission process are accurate, complete, and authentic. StudyWay Ltd. assumes no obligation or accountability for any consequences arising from inaccuracies, misrepresentations, or discrepancies in the application materials submitted by the applicant.

3. Applicant Responsibility

The applicant is solely responsible for ensuring that all personal and academic qualifications submitted are accurate and authentic. Any qualifications or documents submitted must meet the requirements of the chosen educational institution. StudyWay Ltd. is not responsible for verifying the authenticity of these documents.

4. Document Handling

StudyWay Ltd. does not retain original documents or certificates from applicants. We will only keep copies of original documents required for the application process. These copies will be stored securely and used only for the purposes of processing applications.

5. Withdrawal and Cancellation

If the applicant withdraws their application during the processing period, this will be governed by the policies of the relevant educational institution. Withdrawal from a course for reasons not covered by the institution’s policy may result in a flat fee to cover the administrative and processing costs incurred by StudyWay Ltd.

6. University Policies

Once an applicant is accepted into an institution, the applicant will be subject to the terms, conditions, and policies of the respective university or college. StudyWay Ltd. is not responsible for any issues related to the university's policies, such as tuition fees, visa requirements, or academic regulations.

7. Data Protection and Privacy

StudyWay Ltd. complies with the Data Protection Act 2018 and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) 2016. Personal data collected during the application process will be used solely for educational purposes. Applicants consent to the processing of their personal data for application purposes and any necessary follow-up communications. Special Category Data, as defined under GDPR, may be processed as needed to fulfill the services offered.

8. Fees and Payments

Our consultancy services are free of charge for applicants unless otherwise stated. In the event of withdrawal or cancellation as mentioned in section 5, administrative or processing fees may apply. Any payments required for university applications, tuition fees, or related costs are the sole responsibility of the applicant and are governed by the policies of the respective educational institution.

9. Limitation of Liability

StudyWay Ltd. will not be held liable for any loss or damage, including loss of admission opportunities or any other consequential damages, arising from the application process or the applicant’s use of our services. Additionally, we are not responsible for the decisions made by educational institutions regarding admission or scholarships.

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Applicants will be notified of any significant changes. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modified terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
