Privacy Policy:

• StudyWay Ltd. is an educational advisory service, and we process applications to education providers with the authorisation of the applicant.
• Personal data collected from the applicant will be used strictly for educational and advisory services.
• Any personal and academic qualifications submitted by the applicant are the sole responsibility of the applicant. StudyWay Ltd. will process applications based only on the information provided by the applicant.
• StudyWay Ltd. works on behalf of universities and colleges, and students will also be subject to the policies of their chosen institution.
• StudyWay Ltd. does not hold original documents/certificates from applicants. Only copies will be retained for application processing purposes.
• If the applicant withdraws the application while it is being processed, it should be governed by the policy of the relevant institution.
• The applicant agrees to comply with the Terms and Conditions of StudyWay Ltd.
• StudyWay Ltd. disclaims any liability or responsibility for applications submitted to the Student Loan Company (Student Finance England). It is the applicant’s sole responsibility to ensure that all information and documents submitted to funding or admission bodies are accurate and complete. StudyWay Ltd. accepts no accountability for consequences arising from inaccuracies or misrepresentations in the application.

Declaration:

I confirm that the information provided on this form is true, complete, and accurate, and that no requested or relevant information has been omitted. I understand that if it is discovered that I have supplied false, inaccurate, or misleading information, StudyWay Ltd. reserves the right to cancel my application, withdraw any offer of a place, or terminate my enrolment at the university/college. I will have no claim against StudyWay Ltd. in such circumstances.

Data Protection:

I consent to StudyWay Ltd. processing personal data contained in this form. I agree to the processing of such data for purposes connected with my studies, health and safety while on premises, or other legitimate reasons, including communication with me after the completion of my studies. I also agree to StudyWay Ltd. processing Special Category Data as defined under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), for the purposes described above.
